We have a vacancy for an intellectual property administrator to join our Wellington team in our brand new CBD office.
To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of secretarial experience, preferably in a legal environment. Extra points scored if you already have an IP background.
Attention to detail, deadline management, the ability to multitask and perform under pressure are crucial in this role. An intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office products is important. You must be fluent in English (oral and written), and entitled to work in New Zealand.
You will be working in a supportive, flexible and friendly environment where we welcome new members to our dynamic team. For the right person, the role’s hours are negotiable.
